B. Diddy Welcome to Android Central! It's fine to clear the data, as long as you don't mind losing any locally saved app data or settings. I wouldn't clear data for certain system/Google apps, like Google Services Framework, though.
Along the same lines, If the phone is functioning with the app disabled (My experience, it won't let you disable anything important anyways), you probably don't care about the data for that app, clear away! Also, if any updates to the application were downloaded before you disabled it, feel free to uninstall those updates too for even more space.
Also, don't try to disable Google Services Framework
