I cant open my gallery to view photo or video

"Gallery has stopped unexpectedly.would you like to send an error report to HTC? this will help us improve our products."this is the msg. am getting while opening my gallery. i have also sent the report to HTC.i have also cleared the cache but no improvment. please suggest what to do???

Clearing cache of the Gallery app should have fixed it. Try clearing the device cache and see if that helps. Alternatively, you can install another app until the issue is resolved. Likely via update.
