my galaxy s7 won't allow me to connect to my wifi. anyone know why?

I have tried to connect to my wifi at home but I am unable to do it with my new s7. does anyone know why?

I just got off the phone with Verizon. It is a known problem however I suggest you call your provider. The more complains and examples they get the more they can do. Supposedly there is an update coming for this problem toward the end of the month.
They could not help me and my wifi is still not working. But they are aware of this issue.
