Galaxy S4, can't press accept on Google Play

I have a Samsung Galaxy S4, with Android 5.0.1. For some Google Play apps, I cannot press the "accept' button to install the app. The touch screen works find and the back/menu buttons light up when I touch the screen, but the accept button does not respond.

Also, the phone tends to be sluggish sometimes. I'm not sure if this is related.

Any ideas?

Welcome to Android Central!

Try clearing the data from the Play Store app. Go to settings, apps, all apps, find the Play Store app and clear the data.
