My motorola moto e stuck on no command

Trying to do factory reset but it wont work

From the No Command screen, hold Power and press Volume Up once. That will get you to the options. Then use the Volume rocker to select, and press Power once to execute the command.

In response to this one...I did these things. Yet it did not work once more. I do not know if it is because the Security Update Installation was interrupted or no, what do I do now?
