why is my samsung note 3 is not turning on or charging

my note 3 mobile suddenly switched off...its not restarting or charging..randomly if i tried switching on by pressing the power button the screen shows samsung and goes off and never start again...

Are you using the original battery?

Perhaps the battery is no longer good. Have you tried a new battery?

You must flash it using any flash software. You can do it in your home or from any smartphone repair shop. When your smartphone isn't turning on anyway, then flash is the only way to recover your problem. So, go to any near smartphone repair shop and flash our Galaxy Note 3.
If you can do it by yourself, you can flash your smartphone using some popular Samsung flash tool on your PC or laptop. I do it myself.
