How do I get my apps to work without having to be hooked to WiFi?

I had a Samsung galaxy s4. It tore up so I was without a phone. I ordered a Note 3 off of Amazon. Without noticing it until it came I didn't realize it wasn't a Samsung Note 3. It's a Dealink Unlocked Note 3. I can text and call without wifi, but I can't get on the internet or use any of my apps without wifi.

Ensure you have the correct APN settings set up and also ensure the phone works with whatever carrier you're using.
