Power and volume down don't work on Samsung Galaxy 7 edge

[AC Question]

Phone is only 4 days old from a pre order and volume down and power have stopped working. I do not use the fingerprint lock or any of the other apps people have mentioned possibly shutting them off. I'm going to reset as this forum seems to suggest and email Samsung with a link to this forum
