how to add my signature to text messages on samsung galaxy s7

I don't know that you can add signatures to text messages, apart from manually each time.

So far on S7 (T-Mobile) all I have found, that admittedly is a bandaid, is to create a quick response that contains your signature, then select it for each SMS you want to add a signature to. At least it's better than typing it each time.

I have an S7 on Verizon and the option to add a signature is in the settings in my stock texting app. Is it not there for you?

I can't understand why they took away the signature option for text messages, however I am using Textra messaging app. Textra has all of the options I prefer, with the exception of an GearS2 app. Regardless, it's better than the base messaging app on the Galaxay S7 at this time.

Somehow I was able to add a signature to this phone, but I have no clue how. I'm trying to delete it and there is no option anywhere!

Because the LG Rebel doesn't have an option for a signature, I simply created a quick note which can be used as a signature when loaded before one creates a text message. perhaps others can benefit from this trick when wanting to create or edit a quick note and use as a signature.

You can only Add a signature on the YELLOW Message App on Galaxy S7, not the RED messages+. For the yellow, go to menu, then settings, then click signature.
