Local seller has a HP 14 with 2GB ram & 16GB storage for sale.
Asking for $100
It's refurbished. He reviews then sell them. It's said to be in excellent condition.
I read online that these are known to have key board issues.
What are the things to look for when I check it out?
My main devices are android phone & tablet.

I have an Acer Chromebook, and I like it. Push comes to shove, I have a wireless keyboard with a USB receiver, and it works fine. You can do that if need be.
