my son has a ipod5 touch and we were able to get a new lg tablet..I would like to transfer all data on his ipod into the lg tablet without losing any programs he has been playing for 5 years. Is this possible with another program or app/

I believe that is not possible.
They are totally different systems and the apps are specifically designed for either Apple or Android.
You can check the Google Play Store for those apps to download, but they will start from the beginning.
