HELP! Dropped S7 Edge in Toilet, and now speakers are screwed up.

It was only underwater for 5 seconds, at the most. I immediatly took off the case and everything worked fine. 5 minutes later i tried to resume my youtube video and the speakers sound weird. That happened about 40 minutes ago and it still sounds screwey. Is it broken?

I thought if it goes in water the speakers can sound weird for a while until they're fully dried out.
