Hey Guys, I purchased a Sprint HTC One E8 in January 2015 so i could use it with TIGO in Colombia. Anyways, I purchased an Unlocked version on eBay, and was pretty much new. I received it, put in my SIM card, and everything was working fine, I used the phone for over a year without any hiccups. But now all of a sudden, it appears that the phone was relocked again for some reason. I was listening to music, then it turned off due to the battery running out. When I charged it and turned it back on, I got the following error:
Invalid SIM Card
4G Services are unavailable as the SIM/UICC is invalid. Please contact Customer Care.
At first I thought it was a SIM issue, but i got a new one from my carrier and it still did not work. Then I tried other SIM's from other carries, still no luck. The Last thing i did was factory reset my phone, but it still isn't working.
Do you guys have any idea what might have caused this?
