Where is the "Connect as an installer" icon on the Note 5?

I am trying to transfer music from my Win 10 pc to my Samsung Note 5 and cannot find the item listed as the first step in all the online tutorials. Please help before I drop it in the toilet while screaming obscenities. Thanks very much.
