    Hello. I purchased a Galaxy S6 on the Sprint network in December. This morning, I received a call from a favorite contact on the T-Mobile network, no problem, as usual. Then, I (finally) installed an update that downloaded sometime in the last week. I also downloaded and installed a new theme from the Samsung Play store. Suddenly, when that contact tries to contact me, the call will not go through. It rings forever on their end (and does not go through to my voicemail), but never rings on my end. Additionally, there is no indication of a missed call on my end.

    I have performed the following tasks in order to troubleshoot this issue, to no avail:
    I deleted the new theme.
    I have verified that I have not inadvertently blocked this contact.
    I have tested receiving calls from a landline, a voip line, and a mobile line (AT&T) and all calls have connected.
    We have both rebooted our phones several times.

    My calls to this contact go through.
    I can receive text messages from this contact.

    Any ideas?
