I have updated my phone to the latest version of Android:
    Galaxy S6 - China dual SIM SM-G9200
    Update to Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow

I have now many problems that I did not have before:
    - QQi: QQ international does not open anymore. When I try to start it, it opens and immediately stops with the following error message: "Unfortunately, QQi has stopped".
    - I can use only one of the 2 SIM cards in 4G. The other one is automatically turned off, or changed to 2G (depending on which one).

    I have tried the following:
    - Reboot
    - Clear cache of all apps
    - Reinstall QQi
    - Wipe cache partition from recovery mode

Anyone knows how to fix this?

How did you update the phone? Smart Switch or OTA?

I am not sure what you mean with "Smart Switch or OTA?".
I have just done the standard update:
Settings -> About device -> Download updates manually

I had seen a notification message suggesting the update, but I have discarded it.
So I went there to find back the update.

I was checking to see if you had manually flashed the wrong fw. Clearly you haven't however, I have been unable to find an answer to your problem. I would contact your provider for support.
