How do I power back on a Samsung Galaxy S3 after activating Device Administrator?

I had a Cyber Police Virus on my Samsung Galaxy S3 so I thought Device Administrator would destroy the virus for good but it just ended up powering off my phone and now I can't turn it back on anymore.It just keeps showing the Samsung logo over and over again but it never fully powers back on.How do I power back on a Samsung Galaxy S3 after activating Device Administrator?

Not sure what you mean by activating Device Administrator. What app did you activate? Confused.

I don't know what device administrator is either. Did you try actually removing the battery then reboot. It sometimes cleans things up better than just a reboot.
