Why am I not getting to download apps

[AC Question]

Hi I have a blue life play 2...i'm living in Guyana South America....play store started giving me trouble with updates and downloading of apps...so I had my factory settings for the phone reset.....I was only able to download whatsapp and facebook messenger from google play....'im trying to download other apps but to no avail. my time and date are all accurate...I have plenty of space on my phone and I use wifi only. Please help
