my virgo 2.5 years old tablet is freezing after start and cannot proceed .touch screen not working i tried restarting it but nothing .how can i factory reset it ?

You will need to figure out if you can boot the device in to a recovery mode. Usually holding down the power button and volume up or down at the same time.
