What happens if your s7 blackout completely?

I Hold the power on button at the side and the power on animation did come on but afterwards it just blacked out and I cannot do anything about it because even if I hold the power on button for a long time it will not switch on HELP PLS!

If you have an S7 it's pretty new, so I would return it and see about getting a replacement
