[AC Question]

I have an S5 Sport from Sprint and I want to root the phone and remove most of the included apps. I need to know which ones are absolutely necessary and which ones I can turn off. I don't "do" ANY social media, share anything with anyone or any device , want any app that costs me money, pay for anything with my phone, allow any child to use my phone, or sync any thing with the "cloud". Every night I shut off my phone and when I turn it on it's a pain going to app manager and doing a "force stop" on all the junk that gets turned on automaticaly.
