Why does my phone delete apps when I have to restart it?

Ever since I got the OS update twice since I got it, my phone deletes random apps that I use all the time such as google, netflix, Amazon etc. It doesn't touch social media. I have googled and I can't find anyone who has encountered this problem. I have lg g3 that is 12 months old, there is no water damage or anything.

With any large upgrade, problems do arise, and some of them are easy fixes, however, some are not. You can try following to fix your issue! Good Luck!

1. Enter recovery and do a wipe of the Cache Partition. (NO DATA LOSS)
2. Full Factory Reset ( I do this every time a large update occurs.) (FULL DATA LOSS)

I know a full reset is not what you'd want to do, but sometimes its what's required. Please be sure to backup your personal data, as doing the full reset, will delete everything.
