The device is ZTE - N861
The operating system is Android 4.0 (Ice Cream Sandwich)
The time on the phone is one hour behind the actual time, and when I try to change the time under Settings>Date & Time, I see that the option for "Automatic date & time" is chosen but also inactive/shaded/untouchable. I cannot choose or click on it.
I cannot disable the automatic date and time. Could you please help?
