[AC Question]

Android system is expired on my galaxy note y. This problem is keeping from using some applications and I can not use my browser. How I can I fix this problem

That is some popup wanting to install malware on your device. Don't go to any links. Try clearing your browser cache. If that doesn't work install and run anti malwarebytes. If that fails you will need to do a factory reset or flashing fresh firmware to your device

Try this: goto>System> Device>Applications> application manager> scroll over to "All"> scroll down to the internet app called "Internet"> then select clear cache, and cleared data. Reboot and see if the problem persists. If that doesn't work, and the Malwarebytes doesn't work, I would suggest a full factory reset, be sure to back up all of your data.
