Galaxy Tab S2 T715 International Features and Compatibility

Hello everyone,

I am contemplating a purchase of a Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 8.0. The only LTE version I've found is the international unlocked version.

Will this version still have the same features featured on US (wifi) versions? Also, will it be compatible if I put in a SIM card from ATT/TMobile?
