Should I follow the initial charging time?

Should I follow the initial charging time? (First charge) I charged around 7:49 (our timezone) and it's 10:25 now and it's already on 97% now. Should I follow the initial charging time which is 4 hours?

Opinions vary. I usually charge to 100% the first time and leave the charger connected for about twenty minutes beyond that before unplugging. However, I have no idea at all whether that's good, bad or indifferent.

Generally people seem to be split into three groups...

Obviously there are the people who read the instructions and follow it according to the letter

Then there are (most people) who can't wait to get their hands onto their new shiny thing and enjoy it as soon as they can.

And finally there are the group of people who aren't sure... go looking for the answer, can't really find it in time, and then end up in one of the other groups


Now the good news is that to be honest it doesn't really matter any way.... so which ever option you chose its the right one.. and enjoy your new device
