[AC Question]

Okay so I have an LG G4 and have customized the Icons and the general look of the phone using Nova Launcher (bought the full version, absolutely love it). Now the last thing for me to change is the notification panel, or quick settings menu or whatever you call that thing you swipe down from the top of the phone. Since everything else falls into the theme, the notification panel is grey and just doesn't match. Are there any apps or something that gives you the ability to customize it? Thanks for your time.

I don't think you can do this without root on the LG G4.

Yep, you would need root to change those.
