My S6 will periodically freeze up, and at first, restarting it worked. Then, just in the last few days, it started freezing up more often, and freezing WHILE it's restarting. I can almost always press the power and down volume buttons to get to the black screen with Factory Reset, Safe Mode, Normal Restart etc. options, and I've tried Power Off, Safe Mode and Normal Restart, but it will freeze while at the colorful Samsung screen, or the red Verizon screen. Then nothing happens unless I restart and go back to the black screen, and so on. I just need to know how to get my phone back to normal.
