My tab 3 stuck on app update, now i cannot use settings nor connect to wifi

Setting area cannot access, due to update stuck and cannot uninstall the application it says manage device administrator

Hi there!

Try this:

Perform a soft reset.
Press and hold the Power button until your device turns off.
Release the Power button to turn your device back on.

See if that helps!
