How do i find if there is Spyware on my phone

My appstomach constantly freeze up, my phone stops working. I have to turn my phone off and then back on again, even then I'm lucky if my phone works

I don't know that that is necessarily a sign of spyware.
It may be worth doing a Factory Reset. If you decide to do so, let us know if you need advice in backing up your personal data beforehand.

Put your phone into safe to see if its something you got installed that causing the issue.
Bring up the menu to turn off your phone and long press Power off.

My Mother had a similar issue, so uninstalled all the grandkids games and phone back to normal.

You could also use Bitdefender free anti virus scanner from the play store to run a scan?
