my galaxy note 4 got wet. Screen is black, I see lights on top and bottom

I have tried pushing different combos of buttons. I have had the battery in and out, in rice and out and tried powering it up. All things I am now reading I shouldn't do! Can I still save the photos that are stored on the phone? I plug into the computer and saw files loading, then it just stopped. don't know where the downloaded to on the computer or if they did? Any suggestions? It is now day 3. Should I try the alcohol trick? If so do I unscrew to expose the components? Please HELP!!! Thank You!!!!!
