AC Question

I know the password to my device, but for some reason when i go to type it out, the keyboard doesn't appear at all. I've been experiencing messages that say something along the lines of "unfortunately, google search has stopped", but i don't know if that caused the problem nor how to fix it.
I cannot unlock my phone with the Find My Mobile service because i did not register with a Samsung account, and i can't use the Android Device Manager either because even if i change the password, i cannot type it in regardless. I also do not want to factory reset my phone because i still have important stuff on it that i want to keep.
What can i do?? I can't find anything that works!!
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

I think you are out of luck, a factory reset would be the only way forward if the phone isn't letting you type the password in. Have you taken the phone to store you bought it from? they might be able to assist.
