I want to hide apps on my Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge, but cannot find the option

AC Question

After research online on how to hide apps on my phone I can see a lot of comments to click on "Disable" under Application Manager, however on my phone I cannot see this option. There is only "Force Stop" and "Uninstall" which I do not want to use.
Do I need to update my phone in order to find this option, or is this Option just not available (I got this phone around Oct/Nov 2015)?

I'm really bad with tech, so any help is greatly appreciated.

Also, I don't want to install a launcher as advised in some of the comments.

Many thanks.

Are these apps that you installed from the Play Store or apps that came pre-installed? Disable is usually only available for pre-installed apps as they can't be uninstalled like apps that you installed can be.

I have heard that TouchWiz has an option to hide apps, even those that you installed. I don't know how you'd do that.
