My Galaxy Note 4 cant be activated. Spring doesnt know why.

I ordered a Galaxy Note 4 off amazon the other day and after I got it I took it to a sprint store to transfer my number over, but they said they couldnt activate it. They didnt really give me a real answer. I dont know what to do. Can someone help me figure out whats wrong with it?

It is possible that it is blacklisted. I would return it to amazon for refund.
