I have lack of storage on internal memory but lots on sd card. How do I xfer stuff to sd card

I have a galaxy S5 with lots of empty space on my SD card but I keep getting no storage space messages when I try to install a new ap. I have deleted a few but it is a bit tedious and with lots of storage sitting empty, it would be nice to use it. Is it possible to move files or apps to my SD card.

If on desktop, there should be an image upload button when making a post. Looks like a picture.

If on mobile, there should be a button to add a Photoshop that looks like a + icon, or attach image may be an option in the menu.

All I have is this box with "your Answer" above it. Nothing to indicate what you mention. I am on a laptop.

Moving files from internal storage to SD Card is pretty easy. You just go to your Settings -> Application Manager -> Move to SD. That should do the trick.

I have done that with some apps. However, when I try to do it with others the app manager seems to hang and keeps saying "computing" for the storage section and the "move to sd card" and other buttons are greyed out and can't be used. I have left it for a long time but it sticks at that point
