Samsung A3 mobile phone's Selfie cam

My Samsung A3 mobile phone's Selfie camera keeps saying "Warning - MediaServer failed. Camera needs restart.

I have tried many things like clear the cache, clear data, Force Stop in the application manager but still keeps saying the same. The backside camera is fine and working, only the selfie cam have this issue. please advise. Thanks

Welcome to Android Central!

Try booting the phone in to recovery and wiping the cache partition. See if that helps.

This is for the S5 but should be the same for your A3
