Can I change the UI on the Droid Turbo for phone calls?

[AC Question]

I don't like it. The little number dialing thingy is superimposed over the contacts so my clumsy fingers keep hitting the contacts behind it. Plus I want the number pad to be default when I connect a call instead of having to hit the microscopic little button every time.
