My Galaxy S4 is stuck on the wi-fi screen and it will not allow me to exit the screen or do anything... We tried to wipe the cache, that did not help. We cannot add a password, it just says scanning but it never leaves that screen. The scanning button keeps rotating, but does nothing. Please help!!

    Hi there!

If you've tried the Cache Partition Wipe, and that didn't help. Then I would think a Full Factory Reset is in order. Be sure to back up all your important data, as this will wipe your phone as new.

    Hope this helps!

The scanning circle WILL continue to rotate when you're on that screen. The assumption is that if you're on that screen you're looking for a different wifi connection, so it constantly scans for what's available - even if scanning is turned off (which it will be when you're off that screen).
