No availale WiFi

[AC Question]

My Nextbook Ares 8 can not find any WiFi available. My phone and Laptop can find the WiFi perfectly fine but my tablet cant find any. I had it plugged into my computer when my computer was updating but this was 4 days before the problem started. I had it in heat in my car for no more than an hour when I went to a convention center and connected it to the WiFi there. That is the day that the problem started when I got home. It uses lollipop 5.0 to work. I tried turning it off and back on along with resetting it back to factory settings. Any help will be helpful.

If it's still in warranty, see if they'll fix it. The antenna cable may have come loose. (Operating it sitting on top of the router would confirm that.)
