"Settings has stopped" message on S6?

So I downloaded Ac Display today and didn't like it. I attempted to uninstall it, but it stated I needed to disable it in the Phones Administrator settings. However, whenever I try this, the phone crashes and I get that message. I have tried Safe Mode and the message was still there. I cleaned the cache of that app, the settings app, and "Samsung Galaxy". I also reset all settings. I desperately want to avoid a factory reset, but is there any other options? Thanks in advance.
