My phone is pressing keys on its own

[AC Question]

I was checking my fb wall on my phone when the screen stopped responding and I had to take out the battery. When I turned it on, it started pressing several keys on its own. It won't even allow me restart or reset it, as the screen is still not responding. I've taken out the battery several times and it's still the same issue. What do I do?
