Why is my Samsung Galaxy Tab A can not detect wifi at home?

AC Question

I just bought samsung galaxy tab a for my kid, but unable to detect/scan/connect to our wifi at home, though other units like my laptop and mobile phone were able to connect? I tried entering the SSID manually but it didn't work. I tried also resetting the unit to it's factory setting but still it didn't work.

I went to office and tried to connect and it did. Please advice what has been the problem or how to resolve this issue? Appreciate if you can help me with this.

Hi there!

Try disabling (temporarily) your security settings on you home wifi. "sometimes" this is the culprit, for specific modem vs specific devices.
