New user, Blu Life One X 2016 needs better manual

After much researcher I decided on a Blu One X 2016 for my 1st smartphone. I have never had a smartphone before so I know nothing about how to operate it. Is there a manual for dummies for this phone? The one I got from Blu after registration is a joke for a beginner like myself.
