Like the title says, my Samsung phone did a hard reset but I did not want it to. It's back to the factory settings. I've lost all my apps, pictures, videos, and others things that were really important to me. I dont understand.
My phone was out of battery, I charged it, I turned it on, the samsung logo was stuck on the screen for 5 minutes, then I realized that all was gone.
I've always had issues with this phone ( stucked on odin mode when didnt ask to ), but I'm right now very very upset.
I guess I can not have my things back, right ? What's happenned ?
