Why can I not add watch faces to my Gear S with Galaxy Apps?

I went on Galaxy apps today on my Galaxy S4 and noticed there are some new free watch faces for my Gear S. I found one I like by "Mr. Time" which seems like it's made for Gear devices but when I click "MOVE TO SAMSUNG GEAR" after downloading, it just opens my Samsung Gear app. I figured that I would find the new watch face in the Home screen styler but it is not there. I've tried a few times but it still does not show up. Can anyone help me with this issue?
