after the samsung logo , it got stuck . i tried to reboot it , tried to clear the cache partition , but it said error . what should i do ?

I'm afraid that you've done what we'd have suggested, in wiping the cache. It looks like you'll need to try to do a full factory reset of the device, if possible. If that doesn't work also, then you'll need to go to Sammobile.com and locate your software there, and reflash with Odin.
