I can check my email on my Galaxy S5 using Gmail app or the email app on phone. Same exact emails come through both. I don't know if that's the cause of my problem, but...
On my old phone, I'd always get a sound notification when I received an email. I don't get any with this phone. I DO get sound notifications when I receive texts.
People at Sprint store were clueless. Anyone have solution?
