Motorola droid RAZR M flash failure Fastboot

Hello,
What started this issue was when I went to the play store and an error came up. "Check Connection and try again." I searched everywhere for a solution. Nothing worked! It said last resort option is to factory reset. I go to settings and format device. It shuts down and brings me to fastboot mode. Out of all the android devices when i format that doesn't happen- at least from my experience... I am able to boot it up and back to running android with the same problem- check connection and try again. After 2 days of research I have a solution! RSD lite. But when set the files up it doesn't detect my device. I tried different cables and nothing worked. I unplug my device and try booting it up from AP fastboot mode to go to android. But 7 seconds later It brings me to fastboot mode again. I do not know what happened from where it would bring me to android to now it brings me to fastboot! Please help!! I've spent hours trying to fix and find solutions to fix.

I have seen this before on the device and when I would be in fast boot I could not select anything. The device would just boot up on its own.
