Stuck loading "Apps" in Settings

[AC Question]

Hi! I have a HTC Desire Eye and since my update to Marshmallow if I go to Settings > Apps it's stuck on loading! I've let it sit for a while, but nothing happens. It just tries to load the App list and it doesn't work. Anyone have the same problem? A fix that doesn't require a hard reset? Thanks!

Hi

You can try hard reset. but also try wiping the cache partition in recovery. See if that helps.
