what would i do for my cherry w300 when i turn on the logo only apears

i tried charging the batery same it blinks then the logo apears no other after maybe seconds it turns off and on again

Welcome to Android Central! Unfortunately, this often means a problem with the firmware or hardware. With less common phones like yours, it can be difficult to troubleshoot or fix. The only thing I can suggest at this time is to remove any SD card (if present) and try to reboot again. Good luck!
